Kim Zolciak Confirms Pregnancy Video

The "Don't Be Tardy" finale ended with a familiar shock for Kim Zolciak: She's pregnant, again.

Rumors of Kim's pregnancy have been swirling and the finale of the reality star's show confirmed that Kim and Kroy are expecting again. This will be Kim's fifth child, her third with husband Kroy.

“It must be that athlete sperm,” Kim told Kroy. “This is it, though, buddy,” she quipped.
